How does the Jumbo gift card work and where can you get it?

The Jumbo gift card can be purchased in three ways: from the information desk located in our central atrium on the first floor, from our online shop or from gift card machines, which can be found at the Stockmann end on the first floor and in the entertainment quarter on the second floor.

When purchasing from the online shop, you will receive a collection code by email or text message. You can collect the card from our information desk or from a machine, or order it directly to the gift recipient’s email or phone number. Purchasing is possible with the most common bank and credit cards.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of redemption. The validity period cannot be extended, and money remaining on an expired card will not be refunded, so it’s advisable to use the card in time.

Using the card is easy. Show the card at the checkout when paying at any shop in our shopping centre. If the card balance runs out during a purchase, you can pay the remaining amount with cash, another card or even another gift card.

You can check the card’s balance and validity on our website using the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code on the back of the card. You can also scan the card’s QR code or check the balance at our information desk or at a machine.
