Jumbo customer service desk<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

You can find our customer service desk on the 1st floor of Jumbo, on the corner of the central square. The service desk offers services in Finnish and English, and is open during the shopping centre opening hours. Further services offered by the customer service desk include HSL route guidance and other guidance on shopping centre services, taxi orders, the opportunity to use iPads and announcements. You are welcome to notify the customer service desk about maintenance or cleaning needs related to the shopping centre. You can also charge your mobile phone’s battery at the customer service desk.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

Our parking policy<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

In Jumbo, you can park free of charge for 5 hours in our two parking garages.<\/p>\n

In Jumbo’s parking garage, you can park using a parking disc<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the parking spaces are located in Jumbo’s parking garage, where you can arrive via Vantaanportikatu, in front of Jumbo. The parking garage is open according to the opening hours of the hypermarkets every day from 06.00 to 24.00. You can park on five different floors of the parking garage for 5 hours at a time using a parking disc.<\/p>\n

Number plate recognition system in the Flamingo parking garage<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can drive to Flamingo’s parking garage from Tasetie, next to Leisure quarter’s main entrance. The cameras recognize the vehicle’s registration number when driving in and out. You can use the parking lot for 5 hours at a time for free. Parking for more than 5 hours can be paid for in different ways: with two payment machines (Leisure quarter’s 2nd floor and 0th floor), Aimopark’s Aimo application or online at aimopark.fi\/easy. After 5 hours of free parking, the fee is \u20ac0.50 per started 30 min. If parking for more than 5 hours is not paid for on the spot, Aimo Park will send an invoice by mail for the time exceeding the 5 hours to the holder of the registration number. There will be an invoicing surcharge of \u20ac5 for the paper invoice.<\/p>\n

Recycling points<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

At Jumbo, recycling is easily handled during a shopping trip. You can find our largest recycling point in front of Jumbo, in the outdoor parking area. You can also leave bottles, cans and SER waste at the bottle recycling points of the Bottle House located in the middle of the parking garage.<\/p>\n

At Jumbo, you can recycle a wide variety of household recycling materials. Our largest recycling point can be found in the outdoor parking area on the Lentoasemantie side, in front of Jumbo.<\/p>\n
